Those who entertain in their home on the weekend can enjoy a home clean. Cleaning on the weekend totally counts as exercising. You may be able to get the cleaning done each weekend in an hour or so and not waste any weekday free time on intense cleaning tasks.

Some tips for households:

(1) Take out all the trash and wipe down the trash cans before putting new bags in;

(2) Divide cleaning areas into sections, which makes cleaning easier;

Routes within the park. 

(2) Century Park (Pudong New Area)

Route: Xintiandi Station — Middle Fuxing Road — Fuxing Park — Ruijin Road Number Two — Middle Huaihai Road.
