At Tongji University in Shanghai, international students are encouraged to write letters home in Chinese, detailing their life experiences in China. Recently, China Daily hosted a reading party where selected students shared their heartfelt letters, capturing both their enthusiasm for China and their deep feelings of missing their home countries.
