Under current regulations, imported hazardous chemicals adhere to a "100 percent document verification + port or destination inspection" model. Shanghai Customs is actively working on a "white list" system to expedite the supply of materials for integrated circuit production, as outlined in the latest measures. Specifically, integrated circuit companies with a positive inspection history and low safety risks can apply to the General Administration of Customs to reduce control proportions and be exempt from sampling inspections, based on quality assessments and local government recommendations.
