Enterprises shall log into the "Administrative Service Platform of the Ministry of Science and Technology" (https://fuwu.most.gov.cn/) to file a renaming application. An enterprise that applies for renaming only, has no major change and meets the conditions for accreditation as high-tech enterprise shall be issued a renewed certificate, with the serial number and valid period unchanged, by the Shanghai Municipal Office for Accreditation of High-tech Enterprises after the renaming has been announced for ten working days on the Science and Technology Network of Shanghai Municipality without receiving any objection.
