Everlasting Regret (in Shanghainese)

Wang Anyi's awards-winning work, Everlasting Regret, has been adapted to create a Shanghainese version that will amaze audiences at the Shanghai Grand Theatre.

Andreas Ottensamer and Basel Chamber Orchestra Concert

Andreas Ottensamer, a renowned conductor, will make his Shanghai debut with the Basel Chamber Orchestra at the Shanghai Concert Hall.

God of War Musical

The musical, to be staged at the Shanghai Oriental Art Center Opera Hall,is inspired by the story of famous god of war, Yang Jian or the Erlang God in Chinese myths. This cyber-oriental drama is sure to captivate crowds.

Noises Off

This Tony Award-winning English play is set to grace the stage of the Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center for only half a month, so don't miss out.

Elements of Freestyle

Exhibitions

Wallace Chan: Half a Century

Renowned contemporary jewelry artist Wallace Chan's solo exhibition Wallace Chan: Half a Century will debut on July 3 at the Shanghai Museum East. Featuring over 190 masterpieces by the artist, this exhibition will highlight selected works from the collections belonging to the Shanghai Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, among others.

XDAC Invitational Exhibition of Experimental Arts

This invitational exhibition, to be showcased at the Shanghai Oil Painting Sculpture Institute Gallery, is a parallel showcase of the 14th national experimental arts exhibition. Both events are held in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Shanghai International Studies University’s XianDa College of Economics and Humanities.
