Co-organized by the Foreign Talent Research Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Shanghai Municipal Talent Work Bureau, the 2024 Job Fair for Foreigners (Shanghai), hosted by ChinaJob.com, will unfold on Sept 28 at the Zurich Hall, Swissotel Grand Shanghai. 

This event is part of the 4th Shanghai Global Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition series and will last for one day.

Services

Recruitment services:

(1) Standard booth: 5,000 yuan ($703.77) per booth

Dimensions: 2 m (Length) × 2 m (Width) × 2.2 m (Height)

(2) Two complimentary lunches for each participating organization.

(3) Job postings from participating organizations will be published in the electronic catalog produced by the organizers for promotional purposes.

(4) Job positions published by participating organizations will be posted on ChinaJob.com for free for 60 days, beginning on the date chosen by the employer.

Catalog advertisement services: 

Participating organizations can promote information in dedicated sections of the electronic catalog at a rate of 2,000 yuan per section. The design materials should be provided by the employer.

Value-added headhunting services: 

Exhibitors purchasing offline recruitment services and signing a headhunting agreement within 30 days after the event will enjoy a 30 percent discount on the total headhunting service fee (details can be found in the headhunting service agreement).

How to register:

Interested organizations can fill out the registration form and send it to lixiang@chinajob.com or iris.liang@chinajob.com to register. Upon receipt of the application, the sponsors will promptly notify participants of the detailed arrangements. Final registration confirmation is based on the signing of an agreement and payment of related fees.
