Liu Duo, female, Han ethnicity, was born in April 1966. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds master's degrees in science and management.

Duties

Liu Duo's responsibilities include the following areas:

- Science and technology;

- Ecology and environment;

- Culture and tourism;

- Data development and management;

- Urban digital transformation;

- Construction of scientific and technological innovation centers;

- Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling Cultural Relics Management Committee.

She supervises several municipal government departments: 

- Commission of Science and Technology

- Bureau of Ecology and Environment

- Administration of Culture and Tourism (Radio and Television Administration, Cultural Heritage Administration)
