Shu Qing, male, Manchu ethnicity, was born in October 1964. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a doctorate in science.

Duties

Shu Qing's responsibilities include the following areas:

- Transformation of government functions;

- Government legal affairs.

 

He supervises the Municipal Government Development Research Center.
