Zhang Yahong, male, Han ethnicity, was born in July 1968. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He holds a bachelor's degree in law and received postgraduate education at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.

Duties

Zhang Yahong concurrently serves as the head of the Municipal Bureau of Public Security. His responsibilities include the following areas:

- Public security;

- Judicial administration;

- Handling of public complaints and proposals;

- Maintenance of social stability;

- Road traffic safety.

He supervises several municipal government departments: 

- Bureau of Public Security 

- Bureau of Justice 

- Prison Administration

- Office of Public Complaints and Proposals (Public Advice Collection Office)

He also maintains communication with the following municipal entities:

- Higher People's Court 

- People's Procuratorate
