Zhang Yahong, male, Han ethnicity, was born in July 1968. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a bachelor's degree in law and received postgraduate education at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.

Duties

Zhang Yahong concurrently serves as the director of the Municipal Bureau of Public Security. His responsibilities cover:

- Public security;

- Judicial administration;

- Handling of public complaints and proposals;

- Maintenance of social stability;

- Road traffic safety.
