On July 25, Shanghai further cemented its position as a leading destination for multinational investment by certifying 30 regional headquarters and 15 R&D centers of multinational corporations. The city now hosts 985 multinational regional headquarters and 575 foreign-funded R&D centers, making it a top destination for foreign investment in China. Shanghai's supportive policies, such as tax incentives and investment facilitation, have created a vibrant business environment, according to the endorsed companies.
