This 24-hour service hotline is available in Chinese as well as 18 foreign languages, including English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Persian, and Russian.
The government typically aims to respond to suggestions and complaints within 24 hours, resolve minor issues within a maximum of five days, and address complex matters within 15 days.
