2025 Jing'an Half Marathon set to launch on March 16

The Daning Function Zone 2025 Shanghai Jing'an Half Marathon is scheduled to kick off at 7 am on March 16, with the starting point and finish line located at the north gate of Daning Park.

Participants of the half marathon must be at least 16 years old (born before March 16, 2009). Due to the limit of 5,000 participants, registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be followed with a draw to determine the final participants.

The registration channel is now open, with a registration fee of 150 yuan ($20.71) per person.

To register, search for the "坤悦健康" WeChat mini-program on WeChat and click on "大宁功能区2025上海静安半程马拉松". Click the orange "立即报名" to register. The deadline for registration is 5 pm on Feb 10.

Before the race, the organizing committee will announce the time and location for equipment distribution on its official website, official Weibo, and WeChat account, and will also inform registrants via SMS. Participants must collect their race gear at the designated location within the specified time.

In addition to a cash prize, which is the same amount for both men and women, the top three finishers will also receive trophies and medals. Prize money for the top three runners amounts to 16,000 yuan ($2209.73), 11,000 yuan, and 9,000 yuan, respectively.
