english.shanghai.gov.cn

In Shanghai, couples who give birth in accordance with laws and regulations are entitled to 10 days of paternity leave, regardless of whether it is their first or second child.
Paternity leave must be taken continuously during the wife's maternity leave. The leave includes weekends but excludes public holidays. If a public holiday falls during the paternity leave, the leave will be extended accordingly.
During the paternity leave, the employee is entitled to receive his full salary.
